This trip, also known just as Three High Pass Trekking, is an ultimate exploration of Everest region. The adventure involves, as the name suggests, crossing of three high Himalayan passes over 5, 000 meters from sea level. While the trip brings the most of Everest region exploration, it is also equally challenging feat to go for. Adventurers with high endurance and zeal to spend days in wilderness of mountains can opt for the trip. Saying this, we are not suggesting to you that it is an impossible trip.
This is a trip that’s worth doing but you will definitely need a high level of fitness. With a good level of fitness training, high level of determination, strong zeal to traverse and enjoy challenging mountain trail, you can go on the Everest Three High Pass Trekking adventure.

Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)
Airport pickup and transfer to hotel in the heart of Kathmandu.
Evening trip briefing with your trekking guide.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)
Guided tour of four UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Swoyambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.
Learn about the valley’s rich culture and spiritual traditions.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Phakding (Max. Altitude: 2,610 m)
Scenic mountain flight to Lukla, gateway to the Everest region.
Begin trek along the Dudh Koshi River past prayer walls and Sherpa villages.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (Max. Altitude: 3,440 m)
Cross multiple suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park.
Steep climb to the vibrant Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization (Max. Altitude: 3,440 m)
Hike to Everest View Point for panoramic mountain vistas.
Explore lively markets and learn about Sherpa culture.
Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Thame (Max. Altitude: 3,800 m)
Peaceful off-the-main-trail trek with stunning Himalayan scenery.
Visit the hometown of Everest legend Tenzing Norgay and experience authentic Sherpa life.
Day 07: Thame to Lungden (Max. Altitude: 4,380 m)
Gradual ascent above the tree line through high-alpine pastures.
Prepare for the next day’s Renjo La Pass crossing.
Day 08: Lungden to Gokyo via Renjo La Pass (Max. Altitude: 5,340 m)
Early climb to the high Renjo La Pass for breathtaking Himalayan views.
Descend to the turquoise Gokyo Lakes.
Day 09: Gokyo to Thagnag (Max. Altitude: 4,690 m)
Short trek across glacial terrain toward the base of Cho La Pass.
Enjoy dramatic views of icy valleys and rugged peaks.
Day 10: Thagnag to Dzongla via Cho La Pass (Max. Altitude: 5,420 m)
Challenging ascent over the icy Cho La Pass with spectacular vistas.
Descend to the quiet settlement of Dzongla.
Day 11: Dzongla to Lobuche (Max. Altitude: 4,940 m)
Gentle trek with sweeping Himalayan panoramas.
Join the main Everest Base Camp trail at Lobuche.
Day 12: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and retun to Lobuche (Max. Altitude: 5,364 m)
Trek across rocky moraines to reach iconic Everest Base Camp.
Celebrate standing at the foot of the world’s highest mountain.
Stay at Lobuche
Day 13: Lobuche to Chhukung via Khumbala Pass (Max: 5,335 m)
Cross the Khumbala Pass, the third and final high pass of the route.
Enjoy stunning views of Island Peak, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and surrounding alpine landscapes.
Long, scenic descent into the Imja Valley, ending with an overnight stay in Chhukung.
Day 14: Chhukung to Tengboche via Dingboche (Max: 4,430 m)
Begin with a gentle descent to Dingboche, surrounded by Imja Valley mountain views.
Trek through changing landscapes—from alpine terrain to lush forests.
Arrive in Tengboche, home to the famous monastery and panoramic Himalayan views.
Day 15: Tengbuche to Monjo (Max. Altitude: 2,835 m)
Pass back through Namche Bazaar with time to revisit the bustling market.
Exit Sagarmatha National Park and follow the Dudh Koshi River.
Day 16: Monjo to Lukla (Max. Altitude: 2,860 m)
Final day of trekking through charming Sherpa villages.
Celebrate the completion of your high-Himalayan adventure.
Day 17: Lukla to Kathmandu (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)
Scenic morning flight from the mountains to Kathmandu.
Free afternoon for souvenir shopping or relaxation.
Day 18: Kathmandu Departure (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)
Airport transfer for your onward journey.
