Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)

  • Airport pickup and transfer to your hotel.

  • Evening trip briefing and time to relax after your flight.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)

  • Guided exploration of four UNESCO World Heritage sites: Swoyambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.

  • Learn about Kathmandu’s rich cultural and spiritual history.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Phakding (Max. Altitude: 2,610 m)

  • Scenic early morning flight to Lukla with mountain views.

  • Trek along the Dudh Koshi River past prayer walls and Sherpa villages to Phakding.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (Max. Altitude: 3,440 m)

  • Cross the Dudh Koshi River on suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park.

  • Steep ascent to the bustling Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar.

Day 05: Namche Acclimatization (Max. Altitude: 3,440 m)

  • Hike to Everest View Point for the first glimpse of Mt. Everest.

  • Explore Namche’s lively market streets and local culture.

Day 06: Namche to Tengboche (Max. Altitude: 3,860 m)

  • Forested trail with river crossings before a steep climb to Tengboche.

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (Max. Altitude: 4,410 m)

Day 08: Dingboche Acclimatization (Max. Altitude: 4,410 m)

  • Optional hikes to Ama Dablam Base Camp, Nagarjun Hill, or Chhukung.

Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (Max. Altitude: 4,940 m)

Day 10: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (Max. Altitude: 5,364 m)

  • Trek to Gorakshep, then continue to the world-famous Everest Base Camp.

Day 11: Gorakshep to Pheriche via Kala Patthar (Max. Altitude: 5,445 m)

  • Early morning climb to Kala Patthar for sunrise and close-up views of Everest.

  • Descend through glacial terrain to the lower village of Pheriche.

Day 12: Pheriche to Namche (Max. Altitude: 3,790 m)

  • Long day of gradual descent with a few uphill stretches.

  • Stay at Namche Bazaar.

Day 13: Namche to Lukla (Max. Altitude: 2,860 m)

  • Final trek along the Dudh Koshi River valley via Phakding.

  • Celebrate the completion of the Everest Base Camp trek with your team.

Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)

  • Scenic morning flight back to Kathmandu.

  • Free time for souvenir shopping, dining, or a relaxing massage.

Day 15: Kathmandu Departure (Max. Altitude: 1,350 m)

  • Transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
